Working with us is simple!
1.Understanding the Hiring Needs
Our consultants identify the hiring need of our clients, gather as much information regarding the skill sets, roles and responsibilities and understand the job description for each position. We also help define the job description in consultation with the client wherever needed.
2.Strategy
Devise a strategy for recruiting the best-fit qualified candidate for the open position. In this phase, the team determines and identifies the source of recruitment
3.Searching
As per the strategy devised, the team involves actively seeking ideal candidates for the relevant roles through our own personal and propriety database, promoting the vacancy online, job portals, social media platforms, etc.
4.Shortlisting and Screening
Our ability and expertise to source and identify potential prospects that may or may not be on the job market is our USP. Once the profiles are shortlisted as per the desired requirement of the client, the initial screening is done by the team to validate the information provided in the CV.
5.Interview Scheduling
The screened profiles are shared with the client and based on the availability of the panel the interviews are scheduled
Client companies /employers may run background checks and reference checks prior to scheduling the same or after selecting the candidate for the vacant position.
6.Making an Offer
Once the candidate clears all the evaluation processes and is deemed suitable for the job, our team coordinates with the clients for the release of the offer letters and completion of the necessary formalities for onboarding the candidate
7.Onboarding
Our responsibility does not end with the rolling out of the offer letter. We at Sharp Mindz take pride in our relationships and our recruiters will continue to make the candidate/new employee feel important and comfortable until they are officially onboarded by the client company.
8.Feedback
We strive for excellence and periodically seek feedback from our clients as well as the placed candidates on their satisfaction levels of our services offered and identify and work on the areas for improvement
